At Charlie Hustle, we want you to love your vintage-inspired gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Simply use our online portal to start your request and we will make sure you get the perfect fit or a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure the original tags are attached and the garment is in original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
